Is there a free plan?
Yes. Yolist offers a permanent free tier that lists your business in our directory with basic information. No credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans are annual subscriptions but you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. We do not store card details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately from your dashboard — the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK businesses will have 20% VAT added at checkout. Irish customers pay Irish VAT rates.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial on the Pro plan. No credit card required to start the trial.
What happens to my listing if I downgrade to free?
Your listing remains active. Premium features like photo uploads beyond 1, review responses, and featured placement will be disabled on the free plan.
Do you offer discounts for Channel Islands or Isle of Man businesses?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for businesses in Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man) and remote Scottish islands, reflecting the smaller local market.
