Methodology
Sample 2024: Yolist surveyed 12,400 SMB owners and managers between August and October 2024. "Online presence" was defined as having at least a claimed directory listing, website, or active social-media business page. Sector weights match ONS Business Population Estimates 2024. Responses weighted by business size (micro <10, small 10-49, medium 50-249). All figures clearly marked "sample 2024".
